The top-down view of your data as either a contour or a heat map is a core output from our 2Discover software. A cross-hair cursor provides both zoom (click and drag) and extract - showing the horizontal and vertical slices at that point. A horizontal slice will provide a standard MS/MS spectrum for a single precursor in a single charge state.
